1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 Tablespoons honey
4 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup rice/soy milk
1 egg substitute
¼ cup olive oil
Mix dry ingredients, add wet and mix again. Grease 8-inch square baking pan. Bake 425* for 20-23 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.
