Sun-dried tomatoes are sooo delicious. I use these in my Stromboli recipe.
About 6-7 Roma tomatoes sliced (or garden tomatoes)
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup fresh basil finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Put all ingredients in a freezer bag and toss until well coated. Lay on dehydrator sheets and dry 125 degrees for about 18 hours.
